.035" (3 ply) cord is considered a light-medium weight and an all-purpose size, and has a break test strength of approximately 43 lbs.

The thread itself is wonderful to sew with. The sample box gives lots of choices to test on small products so you can tell which colors you would us the most.

Great Variety!

Fantastic variety of colors. Many traditional shades but some fun ones I might not have tried. Nothing too gaudy, just nice shades of blues, reds, etc.
Enough on each roll for a project or three.
I am making sure to put each back in the exact spot so I'll be able to reorder specific colors down the road, as the individual spools aren't marked and some are similar enough to get mixed up.
The bonus needles are top quality also, and you will want to order more.
