Maine Thread twisted waxed cord has exceptional strength and durability. This cord is made of 100% polyester high-tenacity yarn and is constructed with a right or “S” twist. Twisted cords are ideal for saddlery, leathercraft, pine-needle basketry, and more.

All sizes comes with 70 yards per tube.

High quality product. Color is even and does not fade. Waxing is stiff but not 'GUNKY'; virtually no wax residue builds up on your hands as you work with the products. Very durable, and ages nicely with wear.

I have ordered waxed poly cord from MaineThread a number of times. The shipping is fast, and returns (I ordered the wrong size) were processed quickly and courteously.

High Quality Great Service
The quality and durability of this thread is unbelievable. I hand sew wallets and leather goods and I need thin thread that can withstand years of daily use and abuse with a variety of colors and sizes.
