Needles

Many crafters use harness needles when sewing with waxed cord. Harness needles have a rounded point and are often used for hand-stitching leather. We recommend the following pairings for needle and thread

Great Quality

Bright colors & solid quality

This braided cord is strong, waxed with consistent quality and even braid. Having been an art major with emphasis in fibers this is definitely a product and company I’ll return to purchase again!

I used this cord for re-wrapping a sword handle - it lays beautifully and didn’t fray or fuzz when I brushed a liquid 2-part polyurethane coating over it. It made for a beautiful end result and I’m happy to have this option for future projects!

Love the new braided cord. My new go-to thread for hand stitching leather goods. This was a reorder as I blew through the first spool. Wish there was a larger spool available.

So glad to hear the braid is working out for you! If you're interested in larger spools, we don't offer them on the website but if you give us a call we offer spools by the pound.
