Picking the right color and size can be tricky - for that reason, we offer complimentary samples. For the twisted waxed cord, braided waxed cord, and polished cotton cord, we offer sample cards that include small pieces of every color and size we offer. Do you offer bulk and wholesale pricing?
Our website is exclusively for retail sales. We do, however, have wholesale programs for various product categories when volume requirements are met. What size thread is best for stitching wallets?
While any of our sizes are strong enough to stitch a wallet with, the most popular sizes for small leather projects are .035” and .040”. The choice comes down to aesthetics.

Do you manufacture the polished cotton cord?
We do not. At our factory we manufacture waxed braided and twisted cords. The cotton cord an imported product that we carry.

What are my options for ordering?
Orders can be placed online, by phone, or via email. Whatever works best for you!
What is your shipping policy?
For most products on our site, we will ship same day. If we don’t have something in stock, we try to get it made up quickly so orders ship within a couple days at most. When your order ships, you’ll get an email confirming the details and be provided with tracking information.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
Most packages are sent via USPS, either First Class or Priority depending on the weight of the package. We can also send through other carriers such as UPS when selected.
What is your return policy?
As long as your product is in “like-new” condition, we accept returns. To initiate a return, reach out to us via email or phone and we’ll get you instructions to return your items and receive a refund for product charges.
My package was lost or damaged. What can I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived as expected, we’d ask you first reach out to the carrier. If that fails, please reach out to us and we’ll come to a resolution.
